Samsung Electronics Co. will open 29 interactive Galaxy Experience Spaces in 24 locations in 19 countries, following the Galaxy Unpacked event to be held in San Francisco on Feb. 1, the global electronics giant said on Tuesday.
The spaces will be organized under the theme of experiencing the Galaxy ecosystem and sharing Samsung's "everyday sustainability" vision through the connection of new features and products such as cameras.
Samsung Electronics plans to provide a unique experience space, especially one related to cameras.
Visitors will have a chance to explore exciting new camera features — all from a movie director’s chair. Guests can get hands-on with movie set-like displays and view and enjoy camera settings to create their shareable content.
"Galaxy Experience Spaces will be the first place to test new products and experience the direction of Galaxy innovation. They will provide customers with an open portal into new experiences, and everyday connections," said Choi Seung-Eun, EVP & Head of Marketing of Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics.
In the Galaxy Unpacked teaser video with the phrase "share the epic" posted on Jan. 13, Samsung hinted that its camera feature was improved by using three round green spotlight images that look like camera lenses.
The main color of the image is botanic green, which is known to be the signature color of the Galaxy S23.
