The Lexus New Generation NX 450h+ and NX 350h will be equipped with Uplus Drive in South Korea
The in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system by LG Uplus will be equipped in the new line of vehicles by Toyota Motor Corp. and its luxury division Lexus.
South Korea’s wireless carrier LG Uplus announced Wednesday it signed the agreements with Toyota Korea and Lexus Korea.
The Lexus New Generation NX 450h+ and NX 350h to be launched in the South Korean market will be equipped with the Uplus Drive-based Lexus Connect for the next two years.
In New Generation NX equipped with Uplus Drive, the driver can watch media services such as Uplus mobile TV, Genie Music, and Podbbang.
“The plan is to equip Uplus Drive onto several different vehicles in the South Korean market,” an LG Uplus employee told The Korea Economic Daily.
