South Korea’s fabless AI chip startup Rebellions Inc. announced on Tuesday that it partnered with AI-based security operations and analysis platform company Igloo Corporation to jointly develop AI security products and service business models
Igloo's AI Security Assistant system will be integrated into Rebellions' neural processing unit (NPU) "Atom" server.
A Rebellions source emphasized that its Atom chip, which entered mass production this year, is the only domestically commercialized product that supports small language models (SLM) and boasts high "performance per watt."
Rebellions highlighted that it could become the core infrastructure for AI services applying generative language models, such as Igloo's AI security system.
