According to the two AI startups on Tuesday, they plan to work together to offer their clients comprehensive services from consulting to implementation to help them build a vision AI program powered by Rebellions’ AI chips.
If Rebellion’s client wants to develop customized vision AI software, the fabless AI chip developer will use Superb AI’s platform to build the client's AI program under their agreement.
Rebellions is Korea’s promising fabless AI chip startup, supplying not only AI chips but also full-stack software like a compiler.
Superb AI is a Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) startup, offering a training data platform that helps its users label, manage and curate training datasets for computer vision through automation.
With its program, any company can build a unique deep-learning model without coding or machine-learning knowledge and manage it with an automated system.
VISION AI
Vision AI enables machines to identify, understand and act on imagery and visual data just like a human vision system. It allows machines to comprehend detailed aspects of images and videos.

Computer vision is expected to provide businesses with immense opportunities in various areas, especially self-driving, medical diagnosis, image labeling and cashier-less checkout technologies.
In 2018, Superb AI launched the so-called Superb AI Suite, which enables automation, collaboration and plug-and-play modularity.
Its founder Kim Hyunsoo, or Kim Hyun, is a Y Combinator alumnus and was featured in Forbes 30 Under 20 Asia 2020 list.
Rebellions was co-founded by CEO Park Sung-hyun, a former quant developer at global investment bank Morgan Stanley and Elon Musk’s aerospace company SpaceX.
“Through our partnership, we will offer the most optimized and diverse services, including Superb AI’s vision AI powered by Rebellions’ AI hardware, to both the private and public sectors,” said Rebellions CEO Park.
