Analysts say POSCO Flow’s new partner has a global logistics network and business know-how, adding that LX Pantos will expand the customer base of POSCO Group.
The two companies on Sunday said they signed on Friday a business agreement on global logistics cooperation at LX Pantos headquarters in Seoul. LX Pantos and POSCO Flow will jointly pursue logistics for new businesses at home and abroad such as steel product exports to Europe, secondary battery materials and coal.
LX Pantos is a comprehensive logistics service provider with a global network of some 360 locations. POSCO Flow is the comprehensive logistics arm of POSCO Group in sectors like steel raw materials and products, secondary battery materials and grain.
