South Korea’s LG H&H Co. announced on Thursday that its sales in November this year in Megawari, a shopping event organized by Qoo10, the Japanese e-commerce giant, surged by 294% compared to its first participation in June.
This marks a 135% growth compared to the sales in the September Megawari event.
In November, LG H&H's makeup brand Ohui gained popularity in the Japanese online market with the Ultimate Fit Longwear and Toneup Jean Cushion series.
The sales of the company’s Glint by VDIVOV (Glint) saw a 132% increase compared to September Megawari, driven by the strong popularity of its flagship item Highlighter. Additionally, sales of Euthymol's whitening toothpaste, part of the oral care brand, increased by 66%.
LG H&H sells nine cosmetics brands and nine home care and daily beauty brands in online shopping platforms including Qoo10.
