KT will customize its robots for Gangnam by using a robotics platform, integrated control system, communications infrastructure and outdoor self-driving robots to deliver food and daily necessities quickly and accurately in the district.
KT and the office under the MOU also agreed to continue promoting technical R&D and service cooperation related to such robots to set a benchmark in the field. Their mid- to long-term goal is creation of a robot-friendly futuristic city.
